At Asian Granite Cabinet, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We stand behind our work and offer a comprehensive warranty to ensure your satisfaction.
RESIDENTIAL TEN-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Asian Granite Cabinet warrants to the original owner that, under the following terms and conditions, we will repair or replace your countertops at no charge if we determine that the product has failed due to a defect in fabrication or installation within the first ten (10) years from the installation date.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from physical, chemical, or other abuse, normal wear and tear, natural disasters, scratches, or chips.
GENERAL RESIDENTIAL WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This warranty applies only to countertops fabricated and installed by Asian Granite Cabinet.

It covers installations that remain permanently installed in residential settings and have not been moved from their original location.

This warranty applies to countertops purchased from and installed by Asian Granite Cabinets after December 2, 2013, and is valid for owner-occupied residences only.

To request warranty service, please contact us at [your contact number]. You must allow our representative to inspect the installation and cooperate with us in addressing any issues. Decisions regarding defects in fabrication or installation will be made by Asian Granite Cabinets and communicated to you promptly.

Due to the natural variations in granite and other materials, an exact color match to the original installation cannot be guaranteed.

If you are dissatisfied with the material selected or the natural variations of your installation, replacement is not covered under this warranty. This warranty does not cover the natural characteristics of stone, such as color variations, water lines, fissures, or surface blemishes.

A courtesy seal is applied to your countertops at installation. We recommend reapplying the sealant every 12 months to protect against staining. This warranty does not cover damage from food or liquid stains, chemicals, or physical abuse.

This warranty is void if the countertops have not been paid for in full.

We cover seam performance but not the appearance of seams. Seam failure due to structural issues unrelated to the countertop installation is not covered.

This warranty does not extend to commercial uses, exposure to outdoor weather conditions, or damage from vandalism, improper cleaning solutions, or heavy objects.
Asian Granite Cabinet is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from acts of God, jobsite conditions, architectural or engineering design, structural movement, vandalism, or accidents.

Our obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the countertops, including necessary labor charges for the repair or replacement of defective products. You will be responsible for any additional costs associated with or arising from the repair or replacement. If we replace your countertops, the warranty will continue from the original installation date, not from the date of replacement.

Except as expressly provided in this warranty, Asian Granite Cabinet will not be liable for any loss, direct or consequential, arising from the use or inability to use the product. We make no other warranties, representations, or guarantees beyond those stated here.
